I am disputing something on my credit report
that was filed some time ago. I checked my
credit and it shows two different agencies for
the same account. One, has an address, but
it looks like its out of business. The other is
Citibank Auto. So I just need the Citibank address
so I can send the dispute letter.

You have it all wrong. This works out to your advantage.
1st dispute with the credit agencies. if verified send cmrrr (certified mail returned receipt required) to citi with a "validation" letter. Asking them to provide proof under fcra guidelines. If the return receipt comes back as undeliverable. Send the original with the letter and a letter to the credit reporting agency stating that the address on your file is incorrect for the creditior and you demand it be removed. It's as simple as that.

The address for Citibank is as follows:

U.S. Service Center
Citi Inquiries
100 Citibank Drive
P.O. Box 769004
San Antonio, TX 78245-9004

I would call them first to see if you can get the right adress (If different). That number is:

1-800-627-3999

Good luck!

Never get a CITI bank card. They block it every 48 hours to prevent fraud, then you must call them to get it reinstated, or wait until they call you at 8 am to ask you the previous 5 purchases that may have been made by yourself or your spouse. If you do not know the answers, card is shut off. Just as they discriminate against military personnel that must move often and will not allow them an active card unless they have proof of residence for the past year.

The credit report should have the phone numbers and account numbers for all creditors. If you have any questions, call the agency that created the report.
