Personally, I think that fantasies are something that we all have and I think that is perfectly healthy. As long as you are not seeking her out and it stays in your mind only...I don't think it is sinning. I have never understood how one can control what is in their mind?? If you feel guilty and feel you need help with this subject more, turn to God and ask him for guidance. Good luck!

No. Your mind will go where it wants to go. Controlling your thought is like wrangling water. How can brain activity be made sinful when we all do it? If it is a sin then it was created by people that are insecure about you thinking about their wife. Fantasy is victimless and helps keeps people from suppressing and eventually acting out.

Depends on who you ask. The bible says that it is a sin. At least that's the general interpretation. My interpretation is that if you are obsessed, then it's a sin. Usually if you think on something too long you're bound to try to act on it and that would be wrong. I think most religions think that's a sin.

You little smartalec! You really think you're something don't you. That's just a stupid question. If I found out you were thinking about my wife, why I'd reach through that monitor and strangle you by your scrawny little neck. Your lust isn't anything a good @ss whooping wouldn't cure. God is on my side and I am a solider for God. I whoop @sses like yours for God. Praise the Lord!

It depends.

You cannot completely control thoughts that pop into your mind. Temptation is not a sin.

You can control the thoughts on which you dwell. Giving into temptation and lusting after a married woman is a sin.

With love in Christ.

Yes. God hates adultery which is what you are doing. People around you may not know what you are thinking, but God hears every word you are thinking. When you go before God on Judgement Day everything you have thought or said or done is brought before God and he judges you. God said go and sin no more.

yes it is-that is lust - -- But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed ADULTERY with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into HELL
