i love to wear diapers.goodnites,pullups,sleeppants,ultra absorbant pull on depends,and any other disposables i can get my hands on.i am only 12 so i cant get a job and my parents wont let me go to the store alone.can someone tell me how to get free diapers online,or mail me a box of them?i am desperate.

I recommend you "Bite the Bullet" as they say, and tell your parents you would like to buy some diapers. However, since your question is about how to do it "...secretly"
Short answer: There is no place to get them for free, online, AND secretly. So you need to resort to Paying for them, Offline, and Secretly.
Point of Interest:
Your parents will probably notice you getting a box in the mail and will wounder what it is. Your best bet is to buy them youself from a local store. It's a scary thing to do, but it's not really that bad as you'll find out if you do it.
Problem: However to buy them from the store you'll obviously need money.
So, what I'll recommend a few solutions for getting money:
1. Ask your parents for an allowance. Possibly an allowance in exchange for some (extra) chores around the house.
2. Maybe just ask your parents if there is some way you can make money!
When they ask you why you want an allowance, or a way to make money: You can tell them you want to buy a particular toy, or video game or something and you'd like to buy it with you own money. Your parents should really go for the idea of you learning to save up your own money to buy things for yourself!
3. Ask your parents for an extra 50 cents or dollar for lunch when you get back into school. Save that and in less then a month you should have enough money to buy a package of diapers. (Make sure you eat lunch!)
4. Sell something you don't need to a friend. Perhaps you have some Pokemon cards laying around you don't want any more. Maybe you have some toy you don't mind selling to a friend. Don't sell anything your parents would get upset with you selling! But something of YOURS you parents wont mind you selling. So if they notice you sold it you wont get in trouble. Perhaps even tell your parents your going to sell it.
DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT IF CAUGHT WILL GET YOU IN TROUBLE!
Buying the Diapers:
Then once you have enough money you can go to a local store and buy yourself a package of diapers. You'll want a major store like Walmart, Walgreens, K-Mart, Target, ect. where nobody knows you and they'll forget all about you after you leave.
You'll think you'll want to make up some lie about how they're for your brother or something... well trust me, don't!
Best thing to do is just walk in the store, place the diapers on the counter, pay for them and leave without saying a word.
The clerk shouldn't ask you about them, but if they do look at them squarely and like your upset that they would ask and say these four words. "I wet the bed."
Or lean in and whisper it to them in an angree whisper, like it's a secret if you like. They wont say anything to you after that. It's the best answer because if you say anything else they'll know your lying. And an answer like that will make them feel bad for asking.
What do you care if some clerk at some store who doesn't know you thinks you wet the bed? What do you care what they think at all? Trust me, you don't. So don't worry about the clerk. Just buy your diapers and leave. Ask for a paper bag if they have them, double or tripple plastic if they don't.
It'll be scary, but I've baught diapers for myself many times when I was age so I know how to handle the buying part, and what to say when buying them if anything needs to be said.

I think you are going to have to find a way to buy them. Either get to the store yourself or have a really really trusted friend get them for you.
If there were a place online where I could get free diapers believe me, I would be first in line and you would have to fend for yourself.

nothing in life is free. have you considered potty training? you could ask a friend to get you some and give it to you at school.
