Mankind has been worshipping eternal damnation for centuries. What began this worship and in your opinion why? What would be the opposite of eternal damnation? How could mankind be focused onto a newer, more functional truth about life and death? In your opinion what will happen when more dangerous weapons get in the hands of those who worship eternal damnation as truth in their opposing ways? Why do so many people who say that they believe in One God not see that that in reality, One God is inseparable from itself, that each being is part of that One God collectively in spirit and being? Why can't people begin to see that this life is a rollercoaster ride of illusions of justice and injustice, righteousness and unrighteousness that we helped create, as we are parts of the original God? What is spiritual terrorism?

OK I'll be serious for moment.
Your first question; CONTROL by a few men over the masses. Huge volumes of work can be said on this. However the good is, this is starting to change.
Second question; There is no opposite as the first was man made.
As to a more functional truth; A new paradyme is appearing on Earth(our great mother) right now. Part of this Paradyme is what you elude to in the bottom of your question.
Don't worry great one, people are realizing this, but hold on to your shorts this polarizing ride is going to get a little bumpy!
Now I'm going back to my fun of goofy answers for goofy questions!!

I have never researched it but do have my theories. I think civilizations figured out early that eternal damnation was a very good way to control the masses.
Think about it: if ppl didn't have fear of eternal damnation, we would be barbarians and society would be in complete chaos.... lying, stealing, murdering, etc...
I've also heard that the most powerful ppl in the world are all atheists... I have wondered about this. Is it that the masses are taught religion in order to keep us under control? I think maybe.
