He' s never even mounted her but he has mounted a male dog. Is this normal!???????????

your dog thinks that the male dog is more dominant than him so he's trying to show the dog who the REAL "boss" is. He thinks the female dog is all his, so he doesn't really have to worry about her. He'll probably be all over her when she's in heat

All sorts of animals are gay. Check out Biological Exuberance. The assumption that only humans can be gay is a total myth. In fact, there are gay penguins raising chicks at the New York Zoo, gay Griffin vultures raising chicks in Israel, and in the wild, herring gulls do the same thing.

wait until she is in heat. The mounting part might just be a dominate thing. Alot of time females will hump the males if they are more dominate

No your dog is not gay. Your dog is probably feeling ignore and confused because the female dog is now in his terriority.
Give it time and they will be friends.

i actually had a gay english setter once so its very possible. does he "do " himself? pepper did even when my female came into season. dogs will mount same sex as a way to show dominence. like a wolf pack alpha male,alpha female. give them time he may show intrest when she comes in season

Sometimes i think if some of you would just read the bible you would gain an unimaginable amount of wisdom. C'mon now. God created animals straight and thats how it's always gonna be with them. Humans are a whole other story.
