Go to her Smooth talk her .....and DON'T CALL HER HOTT ....CALL HER BEAUTIFUL!! thats what girls like to hear. Take her to a romantic dinner like to the Beach In the evening, or to a Fancy Restaurant, or even just a Picnic. then when shes feels All Romantic tell her That you want to be more then Friends with her....then listen to her answer...

ask her if she would like to go out on a date with you and if she says she laughs don;t feel hurt she is going to tell you you and her are good friends and I wouldn't want to rune that . that is a no. or she can say yes I would like that then you know she has bin waiting for you to make the move . this way you know were you stand with her friend or more why wast time thinking get to it and get your answer so you can move on and start looking in a different direction

Ask her on a date . Maybe go to the movies and ask her of what she would like to see. Talk about her and maybe go some where to eat. Maybe bring her a flower to show her that you really like her. Then after the date ask her out. Show her how sweet you are.
