maybe some people have bad breath lol.
but this sometimes is true i know of a few dogs that have went off their loo loo. and some dogs lick . i spose it could be the type of dog also.

It's a different force of wind. and its a different smell and taste to them. Not all dogs like to stick there head out the window.

This is not true of all dogs. My dog does not get mad or upset. He just tries to lick you when he gets his face blown on.
