I am talking to her right now. This may be a good time. I talk 2 her alot everyday. Anyone have any advice what I should say?

If you and this girl have a good connection and you really like her, then yes ask her out :-) You never know if this time, meaning the right moment, is going to come around again so take advantage of it! Just ask her what she likes to do and whatever her response is, then do that she says. For example, if she says she likes the movies-go to the movies...then this will give you a chance to get to know her even more and spend quality time with her.

Ask her out to go see a movie with you and some friends. If she says no and doesn't seem interested, she isn't into you. If she says no, but - you are in. If she says yes, see if she sits next to you, grabs your hand, shares popcorn.
This is a great test to see if she is into you. Its an easy first date and can lead into many other dates where you don't bring the crew of friends. If you don't like the idea of going with a group, ask her to something nonthreatening just the two of you, movies, coffe, ice cream, whatever.

Tell her that you would really enjoy her company while doing... think of something good and fill in the blanks. Don't say anything dirty right off, let her take the lead on that...
There is no time like the presence, so go for it... you can do it man.
