I'm afraid that the upper lip is not made to bleed in any way. If its bleeding you need to get it checked out.

no,no one normal has a bleeding upper lip.Does it bleed often?Because you may wanna go to a doctor or dentist if it does.

It means that your lips are dry. Try buying chap-sticks at a drugstore (Walgreens, Longs Drugs..).

if you been hit yes if only brushing means your not brushing properly brush harder or if bleed all the time could be gum disease see dentist
