it all depends on how busy of a day i have when im not running around from place to place i go to bed around 2 or 3 but if my new baby daugther keeps me up in i have alot of stuff i need to do that day i go to bed right after my 2 yr old son goes to sleep around 8 or 9

it is bedtime noe i am up waiting for an important answer otherwise i would not have seen your question it is said that if you go to bed after midnight the next day will be no good for you in whatever you do so try to get to bed before midnight.

well it depends on many factors...being a teacher i have summers off so i stay up later. during the school year i am in bed between 9 and 10.
