i want to know can i make out with my girlfriend with a full set of braces on?

yep it will actually make you a better kisser. the thing is you have to take control of the kiss from the get go and you will keep your lips out away from the braces giving you a firmer more agile kiss which is good. just tell her that your not sure how it works with the grill on and that you'll need to practice a little before you feel comfortable with it.

The only problem I have, since my boyfriend has a full set, is that sometimes you bump metal to lips/gums and that hurts, or my hair will get stuck in his braces when we fall asleep. Ouch.

I've never kissed anyone with braces so I don't know. But I don't know why not! I'm sure it will be fine

yes. my first kiss was with a boy with full braces on. i also had braces...it was the most beautiful kiss ever...i'm 39 and can still remember how sweet it was. ahhhh the age of innocence..
