i tryed over and over to try and fall asleep, but i cant! i havent had any big meals, or any caffenine, i dont smoke or drink, whats the problem?
Pleasee answersoon, im really tired

Get off the computer. Turn off all the lights. Lay in bed, close your eyes and deep breathe through your nose only (that part is from yoga). It will help you relax. My tricks are camomille tea or warm milk, a warm bath or shower with lavender body lotions (the scent of lavender helps you fall asleep) and a CD of ocean waves or a rain storm. I had insomnia for years but these tricks really help.

Do some hard labor during the day.. not close to bed time. Wake up early and work hard. You'll sleep at night. Also, stay away from caffeine after 6:00PM. Drink warm milk before bed.

Your just not tired.Or your worried about something coming up, your thinking,if the tv's on turn it off.Get off the computer ,its not helping you fall asleep.

When you couldn't sleep, you try to close your eyes and relax, then you count it : 1,2,3,4,5......until you fall in asleep.
