As long as you know never to use the same condom twice, stick to the same partner and take plenty of vitamins especially zinc supplements since zinc is essential to all body processes especially in men, is hard to find in foods and much is lost through Ejaculation. Three Times a day is pretty healthy as long as you can afford it, your approaching my record routine and I usually have to buy out the health store and sleep at work.

If you've the energy, why not? But don't tire yourself too much. Sex-ercise is good for health. But over sex-ercise is not. There's whole lot more things that need our attention besides this. Hope you've a more fulfilling life than this.

not for the girl. some girls may think they can handle it, but if you hit it the wrong way at any time, then she may get an infection and won't want to have sex. i say build up the suspense (but not to the point where she feels unwanted). maybe once every other day.

You would probably notice signs of pain and strain. I don't think it could cause any serious harm. But hey keep a close eye one little guy just in case.

be careful, you can get an std from having too much sex even with protection- slow down ! you sex machine.
