Definitely not, especially if it's just to get back at her. Even if you like the best friend, do you really want to be responsible for ruining the friendship?
Actually, don't answer that. If you still have feelings for your ex and are bitter because she's moved on, using this method to get back at her isn't gonna work. It's also not gonna make her realize how much she misses you and come running back to you.
On the whole, extremely bad idea.
