May the Lord bless you for your actions. Remember though that order is the key. If all the good people of a nation leave to other lands, who is going to tend to the hungry in your own land.
I am not trying to distract you from your mission, but it is just a point to ponder. Are you sure your own family is being fed as we speak? your neighbors? Are you sure your city that you grew up in has no hungry people?
In Islam it is considered a bad practice to take care of others when your own who have RIGHTS OVER YOU, are abandoned. Thus you would never see a MOTHER TERESSA in Islam, but you would see a lot of caring sons and daughters honoring their own parents and old people in their families.
That does not mean you do not help others at all, but only to keep in mind the proportion of how that help is given. Our first responsibility is primarily to care for those who depend on you. Imagine a mother who has a suckling baby, who abandons her own child and suckles the baby of another, while her own starves. I hope this makes sense.
In any case, I wish you the best in your mission.

Can't give you anything specific that relates to the Philippines as my experience of such projects has been in Africa.
Many countries (and regions within countries) have Nutrition Programs and the nutritionists or physicians there should be able to advise, often such Programs are part of a hospital. You may find that they already have schemes in place which you can contribute to or draw from.
The international aid agencies including Unicef, Oxfam and the Red Cross will be able to assist so it could be worth contacting them. USAid operates in the Philippines and they too would be worth contacting.
As an American Minister I would have thought one of your best sources of funding would have been via your Church in the US. I'm sure that your contacts there will be able to organise fund-raising initiatives and perhaps your Church, or a group of Churches, could establish a sponsorship program.
There are undoubtedly Filipino organisations, groups and charities in the US and other countries that may well be able to provide financial assistance and it could be worth asking a friend or colleague to make enquiries with such organisations.
Good luck and keep up the good work.

If you have been feeding people for nine years you must have established some type of method for getting funds. if you are feeding more people then you can afford then I would approach the other churches and the government resources in the area you are in. You can be assured that God knows your need better then you do and He will supply according to His riches in glory. if you are being fruitful in your giving He will continue to give you what you need to keep giving. You cannot out give God, so just ask Him and he will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing you cannot contain. Pray believing that you have already received what you are praying for. Just start thanking Him for provision, not only for you but for your charge. I will agree with you in prayer right here right now. It has to happen because God cannot lie and He says that, "where two or more agree touching anything". go out and feed the multitudes. Jesus said, "greater things will you do." greater meaning more.........

Bless you, Reverend, and thank you for your efforts. What faith are you? What I would do is contact a church or two in the States, and have a special collection made on your behalf. My mother's church does this for several of their missionaries that are overseas. It's kind of like having a 'sister' church, and sometimes the children will write letters to each other, and share their experiences.
One, in particular has a laptop that he uses to show DVDs to the children, but he only had one movie. You'd be surprised how many DVDs we collected for him, once we found that out.
Again, thank you very much for your good work.

Appeal to Christian organizations such as Samaritan's Purse and if you are affiliated with a Christian denomination then you will get an immense support. The Southern Baptist Convention, for instance, is one of the wealthiest Christian denomination in the States.

So you are an American Minister are you? Then you would have been educated in the U.S. If this were true, you would have better spelling and proper sentence structure.
I perceive YOU ARE A LIAR, and a FRAUD
You are out to CON decent people out of their money in GOD's name!!

Typical response to a question such as this,GOD BLESS YOU!! Have you tried the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation? I certainly would loved to help but I help drug addicts in my community, and don't have any resources for that either.I will however pray that God will provide.
