About a week ago, my lab actually did bark in his sleep. That was the first time I ever heard him actually bark in his sleep. Often (most nights), he has these "spells" where his body jerks and twitches and he makes a lot of sounds that sound like "hiccups".

yeah (: my doggie does, sometimes she barks so loud she wakes herself. And then she thinks its another dog outside barking so she would run out to the window to bark more (not knowing it was herself) haha. (:
My doggie also makes funny noises while she's asleep :P she also snores alot. haha (:

Yes, my dogs bark, growl, howl, run and even took up the great habit of snoring. The one who snores the worst is a hundred and five pound black lab, he wakes us up at night he snores so loud....lol
We find their sleeping activity as funny as their daytime activities, it's normal and healthy and entertaining.

I don't have a dog, but my hamster snores. I didn't know they could make noise till I heard that. And one cat snores, and the others mew in their sleep. And my girls talk in their sleep. My youngest, especially, every morning at 1:30 am, like clockwork, starts talking.

specific, he's possibly in basic terms dreaming approximately chasing a cat or some thing, and barking at it. My canines do it each and all of the time. in addition they twitch and pass, and yip. not something to rigidity approximately inspite of the incontrovertible fact that.

yeah she does. it's not a normal bark, it's a mix between barking and whimpering rapidly. i hear they do that when they're dreaming.

They do very similar staff that we do when we sleep, the only think they can not do is to talk to you, they can pretend to do it like my dogs do, and yes we communicate.
