This was an odd question posed to me by a friend:
Can a guy freeze some of his sperm, then get a sex change operation, and then use his own sperm to impregnate himself?
I figured that it isn't possible, but who knows with modern science.

With someone else's egg.
Also, do they get the female reproductive parts too?

No, modern science has not invented a way to give a man a uterus. A sex change operation isnt a true sex change, they just change a few cosmetic things and the new-woman takes a lot of female hormones and the like to induce certain 'traits' of femininehood. They are still a man, biologically, with just a cosmetic, plastic surgery 'adjustment' between the legs and on the chest, and some extra chemicals in their system.
