just drink water when your body asks for it...your body will tell you how much...just get in tune with your body.

The only time you can drink too much water is if you have kidney failure and are on dialysis. A normal healthy person can not drink too much water.

Too much water can cause renal failure, but this takes constant abuse on your part. In the summer months it is recommended you drink water to replenish loss of water due to loss of cell fluid. It would be hard to overdrink water to the extent of death.

yes, its called hyperhydration. The opposite of dehydration. I'm not a doctor so I don't know how much can actually do damage but it must be A LOT!
