I'm 5'7 and about 150 pounds. Im not really fat, but im getting fatter around my theighs and my stomach. I would really like to lose some of this weight. How could I do so? Its making me very self-concious and feel ugly and fat. with monster theighs. Im 16 years old, and a 36c bra size, is that normal? :-/

Got to fitday.com, they have a wonderful free program that is fun to monitor yourself. And 36 c is fine for your figure. Do something to help yourself. If you stop eating at fast food places you will find that you are eating a lot less calories. You will loose weight slow but sure and feel better about yourself. We are all beautiful women.

You are at a healthy weight for your height and age, according to http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ (a body mass index calculator). Losing 5 lbs probably wouldn't harm you, but it's not something you need to do. Don't obsess over being skinny. Healthy is better than skinny any day. Screw the media and their unrealistic, unachievable, unhealthy view of beauty. None of those women are real, and personally I don't think they're all that attractive with their toothpick legs, skinny necks, and ribs sticking out.
Since your weight is healthy, you want to concentrate on maintaining it. If you want to look more toned, try some exercises like cruches for your abs and leg lifts for your thighs. Make sure to eat right, get plenty of water, and stay active, and you'll be fine.
As far as your breasts, there is absolutely no such thing as normal. Every woman's breasts are different and grow at a different rate. A 36c is what you have, so that's what's normal for you. There's nothing wrong with that at all. So hold your head up and be confident- you're just fine, and you're beautiful. Let it shine.

It'll be OK!! Just be aware of what you eat.
-Keep a food journal and write everything down that you eat, so you can see where you need to cut back...sweets and junk food should be reduced to a minimum. Snack on fruits and vegetables. Cut back on sodas, drink water. Add lemon or lime if you don't like it plain. Decaf iced tea is good too, without sugar.
-Exercise, at least 30 minutes a day, every day. Work up to an hour a day. Walking is great exercise, so just around the neighborhood is good! And it's great for the thigh areas! Try workout DVDs from Target or Walmart, try one for strength training 3 times a week or so.
Doing stuff like this will help you feel better about yourself! And you'll see the changes before long, even your chest will get smaller.
Read Self and Shape magazines for inspiration, they always have new workouts and recipes to try.

The bra size is no big deal, nothing abnormal. Walk a mile a day very quickly, even more than once a day, but quickly. Eat vegetables and fruit and baked chicken, salmon...drink lots of water, it flushes fat out of the body. Ten situps, laying on your bed even, every night or five nights a week, will give yu great abs in no time and walking, yoga stretches and lateral thigh trainer, will give you great legs. Arms are harder, learn how to keep the back of them firm, or swim, any strokes, a mile five times a week and your arms will be as great as everything else. No matter your age.

What do you think. Exercise every single day until you get skinny. And you BREAST would be better to say than boobs are normal. Don't worry, i am 11 and way 10-5 pounds less than you. Didn't want to share that though.

well im 14 with a size 36b and i weigh 130lbs and am 5'5 so you decide here is what you can do.
exersize 30 minuets a day
drink only water
eat only 1 or 2 snack foods and if you are still hungry eat fruits or vegtables (supposed to have 5 a day)
listening to music makes exersize easier.
REWARD YOURSELF: with something other than food like a cd. thats what i always reward myself with.

just keep fast walking in morning for 45 minutes ...
and after that take one glass water with 3 spoon lemon juice with 2 spoon honey ...after one hour do your normal life style ..
keep fast walking for 60 days ..
all the extra fat around theigh and stomach will burn ...

thats not so bad....just need to lose around 20 pounds .....just divide what you eat at the moment.... and walk daily...only liquid you should drink is water or some energy drink once in a blue moon to energize yourself.... and try to stick to chicken and or alot of vegetables and fruits for snacks...

lose weight and you should lose a cup size, just stop eating white foods, whole wheat bread, is ok in moderation, whole wheat pasta and brown rice, in moderation, no sugar and nothing with sugar in it. and nothing fried, green and yellow veggies, raw fruits, and lean fish and chicken baked or broiled. biking will help your thighs, and crunches your stomach , and swimming is very good for all over.

holy crap, mike really wants your 10 points.
do aerobics, go walk, run, swim, and lift weight. always remember to stretch afterward. i'm similar to you, actually. it's just a bad day you're having. girls were meant to have some meat at this age. you will lose it later.
