Jesus is theoretically God in human form so he's a dude, and therefore is susceptible to being punched/kicked/whooped in general.
The Holy Spirit never did too much except float around.
So I'd say God since he made the earth and everything in just a few days. But Chuck Norris could still beat him.

Impossible, is not within the nature of God, Jesus and/or the Holy Spirit to fight.

You have to understand that Jesus Christ and the Holy spirit are different aspects of God. They all are of the same spirit. God would be fighting with himself and a house divided cannot stand. It is impossible for that to happen.
