I had to tell the man I spent 10 years with the same thing...I was sooo scared. But I realized it's not fare to him to hide it. The longer you hold on to him without loving him, the longer you're keeping him from being with the one who he is ment to be with. It's okay to just tell him the truth. It will hurt (BOTH OF YOU) in the short term but in time you will both be happy. You need to be fair to him, and to yourself.

The thing is you are prepared to let him go...he can choose anyone to be his sex partner and he is with you...that´s because you choose him girl!
We women always choose as sex partners all boyfriends or friends cause the mayor part of us are emotional and we want to have sex with someone we can trust...if that´s what was going on with you and your ex..then YOU need to clear your mind and step back a little and just let him know that you dont want to have sex with him anymore...guys are not stupid and if you dont return his calls or call him ...that would be it!

Darlin' (honesty) "is" the best policy! I know sometimes we all take the path of least resistance, but trust me "dont" be SOO selfish on this one! He "needs" to know! So he / you can move on with your lives. Life "is" too short!
