lets say mother is illigal alien here !!but she has one new born and one on the way. what kind of right she has ?can they send her back..can they seperates mother from kids which are americans..and she's not married.

Hospitals throughout the US border states are paying 100% of the cost to deliver children for illegal immigrants, at over $6,000 per baby. The child is automatically a US citizen and cannot be deported. The parents are allowed to stay to care for the US citizen.
This loophole should be fixed. Mexican illegal immigrants should be having their babies in Mexico and the Mexican tax payers should be footing the bills. What other country in the world automatically gives citizenship to illegal immigrants?
I'm all for LEGAL immigration. Mexicans should apply and wait just like everyone else. Instead they come here and have the American taxpayers support them.

IMHO, those kids born on American soil by an ILLEGAL immigrant should be stripped of any American citizen status they have and sent back to Mexico.
But that's just me, some average Joe who believes that breaking laws should be punished, ya know? Others who think breaking the law is totally cool and forgivable would probably say that the kids and mother could stay.

Yes, they can seperate the kids from the mother because the mother is illegal. Since the babies were born on U.S. soil they are American.

well if she has a newborn and another on the way then, and unmarried, she is a mexican hoodrat and her and the kids should be sent back asap (in my opinion). And by the way the US gov't can send the hoe back and the kids would become wards of the state.

Was the newborn born here?She only has human rights.Thet won't send her back if she has a newborn "American".They can't separate the family.

Yes they can send her back. She does not have the rights of a citizen, because she is not.

Illegal people who have kids here - Their kids are by law citizens of this country and aren't illegal aliens.
The government does have the right to sep. families if an illegal alien is here to the best of my knowledge.

If her child was born here it is an American citizen... if she can prove it and therefor she can not be deported.
