Canada is a member of NATO along with the US. The overall troop level is roughly 70,000, which includes the Canadian Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force.

Currently Canada is part of the NATO mission in Afganistan.

Mexico has about 300,000 people in their military, comprising an Air Force, Navy and Army. By far most troops are in the Army.

OF COURSE! About the only country that doesn't have an army is Costa Rica. Even Japan has a "Self Defense Force".

In fact, the Mexican Army came to New Orleans last year. If you can believe it, they brought... water. Go figure.
