ooh this is so hard. This is an extremely good question. They are all so unique!!! This is what I did, I checked out to see what these names mean/ roots of the names of my favorites. Surprisingly, I narrowed it down. You're going to love this.
I love how Aaliyah sounds. It means "to be exhaulted, ascend" from Arabic (babynames.com) or from another root name (Hebrew).
I believe that Aurelio sounds so beautiful. It means "gold" in Latin. A rare quality... I think it's a very special name.
Wow I hope that these kids are successful in life! Much Good Luck to your friend's sister!

Personally, none of the these names have a melodious sound to them. If I were you I would start all over again. A name should be a treasure to represent and have pride in for one's whole life. These names seem to be faddish names. I have read that if children have weird names in school it sets them up for failure; the children and teachers will have attitudes toward them as weird. A more popular name is far better than some off the wall name.

For a girl I suggest Aaliyah just cause I am a fan of Aaliyah the singer. For a boy I would go for either Tharen or Aurelio. Tharen being my number 1 pick now that I keep saying it over and over in my head

I would all depend on what your friends sister's last name is trying saying the first and last name together five times to see if you make a mistake. Hope all goes well for the parents whatever they decide to name the child.

Both list have some really great names on them. But make sure your friend is thinking about later in her child's life. It gets highly annoying when no one can pronounce your name. That's why I'm lucky to have a name like Valerie. Not too common but still easy to pronounce!

Nyoka and Dorian.
All of the other girl names except Talorian (what, is she a race from Star Trek?) are OK, but SWEET LORD do not let her shackle a child to any of those abominable boy's names.
