the numbers are a little elevated. the textbook blood pressure is 120/80. somethings you can do to bring the numbers down are:
- exercise and lose excess weight (start with some moderate walking)
- remove yourself from any stressful environment
- lower your sodium intake (480mg of sodium per meal or lower is a good number)
- watch your fat and cholesterol intake
- lower the intake of alcohol or stop all together
- if high blood pressure runs in your family, you may need to take a diuretic or other meds prescribed by your dr.

It seems it right in the ball park!! Maybe the 90, would be better lower. However, tis not bad. Have you not been to a Doctor, to tell you? When you wrote your question, you asked " Does ne
one" was that a typo? ne..short for anyone?
First question, how old are you?
Second question, if you drink, volka, even with orange juice,
or others..Your blood pressure will go up, and be up!
even Rum.....stay away from them....
If you are old enough....go with Baily's Irish cream.. nothing else...
It will lower your blood pressure....

130/90 is slightly high but it's not all that bad. anything over 139 on the top is serious.
Did you sit down and relax for a few minutes before you took your blood preasure or were you walking around or exercising just before you checked it? You should sit down and go off to a nice quiet place in your head before you take it.
To lower your blood preasure, cut back on coffee, stay away from salt and exercise regularly, even if it's only walking.
Yours isn't high enough to go on medication yet but keep an eye on it and see your doctor if it goes up.
You can get information about high blood preasure at any pharmacy.

It is a little high...you should probably be about 120/80 or lower. You could lower your salt intake...and salty drinks like Gatorade and canned foods...stuff like that. Also, go easy on the caffeine. If you drink a lot, ease off slowly, though. And of course exercise is a good choice. Just some walking if you don't do any at all now, or the treadmill. Anything aerobic, but go easy at first.

That isnt bad at all. One of the best ways to lower blood pressure is exercise also dont use salt. Salt causes the body to retain water which can raise BP and you get all the salt the body needs from the food you eat.

according to the American Heart Asssociation, 120/80 is the goal. the bottom number is high and needs to be looked at. The thing is what time of day that was taken because BP varies over the course of the day.
Exercise and cutting back on salt can help BP, but you will need to monitor it so that it does not climb higher.

It is not to bad maybe the end tail of bad. You can try diet there is a huge amounts of food high in colesteral, excersise, getting enough sleep, less stress but the most important is diet and excersise, if that doesn't work there are medications the doctor can give you to help.
