I am not looking for anything that has to do with sex. I want ideas of fun things to do, memories that I can make with him before I go to college in 3 weeks. If possible, please list things that aren't too expensive.

is there a river or a lake around were you live? if there is then go and walk around the lake, bring a cooler with food and drinks and make a day out of it... if theres a camp ground bring a tent and stay the night, have a fire and just hand out. thats usually pretty cheap

I don't know where you live but go to the beach or lake. It doesn't matter, all that matters is that you spend quality time with eachother. Anything simple is perfect.
