I got married last Oct., and we went with a toffee-colored gown for the bridesmaids. They were strapless, and had insets of ivory in the bodice and on the bottom. They also included reversible silk shawls. The men wore tuxes with black vests. The groom wore tails with a white vest. I had a total of 21 people in my bridal party. We chose calla lilies for our flowers. Everything was toffee and ivory, very suitable for fall. We were married in church, and had our reception at a VFW hall. And we had about 200 guests. It was a huge affair that we planned in three months.
If you are planning your wedding, good luck and best wishes.
P.S. If you want to check out the colors, go to my 360 page. I have pics there.

I am getting married in the fall, we are going with espresso brown, burgandy, sage green, just a natural fall rich palet of warm colors. We wanted to keep the wedding small with 50ish people but ended up having a 100 guest wedding.

Our wedding colors were Navy, Lt Blue, and White. We each had two attendants. The maids dresses and men's flat ties and vests were Navy. The men's tuxes were Black. My flowers were Lt Pink, White, and Dark Pink with loops of white and navy ribbon. The centerpiece flowers were the same colors. My cake and topper had the same flower combo and navy ribbon at the bottom. At the reception for 125, we had lots of balloon displays the were Pearl Lt Blue and Pearl White.

We were married at a science fiction convention in medieval clothing. I wore turquoise with off white and gold brocade. He wore purple pants with a white tunic. We cut the cake with swords. We had about 80 friends and family there.

My husband and I got married at the courthouse. It was in April and my parents had a cake made for us with light orange and yellow roses on it. It was lovely and completely appropriate for spring. We just had immediate family, so about 20 people. It was wonderful.

I am planning my wedding. The colors will be deep indigo and dark yellow, which are based off of our theme of irises and yellow roses (our favorite flowers). We plan to invite 150-175, hopefully most of them can come!
