It's german.
I am the Omega, the end of something. Give me your pain and I'll give you energy. etc... I am the loved one (or lover?) and your something. You are the blue sloth.

Sounds like good name for a band: Blue Sloth

Yeah, we're all agreed on the German part.

My go at the translation:

I am the Omega, the end of all things. Give me your pain and I will give [1] you the energy to never be hurt again. I am your lover [2] and your stalker [3]. You are the blue sloth [4].

1 "gehe" should be "gebe" here
2 or beloved or true love, depending on context
3 & 4 I don't know what "stalker" & "sloth" are doing in here at all. In German, stalker = Anschleicher and sloth = Faultier, so I don't know if these are typos or anglicizations or what...

It's not from the Bible -- it's different from the Alpha and Omega passage, though it clearly evokes and plays on it.

It's German, but I think it has some typos.

I am the Omega, the end of all things. Give me your (assuming Thre should be Ihre) pain and I'll give (assuming gehe should be gebe) you energy which will never leave. (could be wrong) I am your lover and your stalker. You are the blue sloth.

Hmmm...It's German...I don't know German.

Looks like "I am the Omega, the End of all Things..." Can't figure out the rest, something about energy.

My guess it's either from the Bible or the writings of Friedrich Nieztsche. Or it's from one of Wagner's operas.

It's German. Go to http://www.dictionary.com and hit Translator. Copy and paste the text and select German to English in the drop-down menu then hit the Translate button. GL!(It will take it all out of context, but you'll get the gist of it anyway).
