I've been trying to do some research about gang activity and I can't seem to find any information regarding this gang. Please list traits from tattoos, colors, habits, and so forth or a link to were more information can be obtained. Thanks.

Most of them but not all of them wears uniforms.They are armed with a pistol,mace,and billy club.They are ruthless , they dont care if you are an honest family man just trying to make ends meet .Some have tatoos,some dont,blue uniforms and they all have a very bad habit of writing tickets.They dont care about your financial situation,its"all bout money".

If you can't find any info. pops must be right they have the resources to hide all of that.If pops is wrong the gang probably don't exist.
