My husband uses peanut butter in place of butter on waffles and pancakes. Just add the syrup next.
You can also use it to make cookies or cakes, muffins.
You can warm it a little and use it as a topping for ice cream - even mix it with chocolate for a great topping.
You can also use it to get gum out of hair - just rub a little into the stuck on gum and hair, and the gum will slide out.
Dogs like peanut butter too - you could probably make some snacks for them using peanut butter.
Peanut butter will also take a sticker off an item - just rub a little on the sticker, and it will release it.
Oh yeah - birds and squirrels love peanut butter in their feeders. You can smear peanut butter onto pinecones, roll in bird seed and then hang outside - they love it.
You can also put peanut butter and bird seeds in orange peel cups and the birds will love you forever.
There is the traditional - ants on a log made by putting peanut butter in celery and then sprinkle with raisins.
You can also make no-bake cookies mixing peanut butter with powdered sugar and then rolling in coconut.

you can make a spicy peanut dipping sause with some soy and a hot codiment:
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
juice from half a lemon (can be less, depending on your tastes)
In a non-stick pan, combine all ingredients, stirring constatntly over medium heat until peanut butter has melted. You can do this in the microwave too, for about 30-40 seconds.

Graham crackers! They're great with peanut butter and chocolate squares, or try pb and Nutella. Or pb and banana. Also Nilla wafers are good with pb.
Or make an ice cream sauce: put some pb in a cup, add some milk until it thins the pb out, add some sugar to taste and put it in the microwave.

Lots of things,,,,,,,,,,,such as peanut butter on celery. And I have a great recipe where you add a couple of tablespoons to a chicken dish to thicken the sauce, then you put it over rice. And you can make peanut butter cookies, they're easy. And of course a big spoonful just to nibble on while you watch tv!!

Peanut butter is an ingredient in Satay. There is also a recipie somewhere that makes an unbaked cookie calling for powdered milk, peanut butter and I believe powdered sugar.

If you're into it, you can make a Satay sauce for rice or noodles. Just Google satay sauce recipe and you'll come up with dozens.
Oh, and my youngest son loves it in celery. Weird kid, but I love him!
On a different thread, you can take pinecones and cover them with peanut butter and birdseed for the birds in colder weather!
