you Serious? ok well a dog is a coming house hold pet and it would be to Difficult and messy for some People to feed them raw meat avery day and could make little kids sick with the dog licking them all the time after eating raw meat so if you think about it dog food is the only way to go these dog food brands take Advantage of people because they dont have time to feed there dog the right way and they sell this crap instead

I have a cat who will eat dog food only, a dog who eats cat food, If they are hungry, they know where their food is . I do not get it, the vet said, it's good quality food, as long as they are eating, OK.

I give my dog dog food and the food I eat,he likes human food better.But my mom ones ate dog food she said it taste terrible,and I guess it's cause it has more protein for their bones.

Because if they ate cat food they would MEOW Sorry I just could not help myself... Its made for them and what they need to have in their systems. No people food, Mine eats the same supper we do....We also make more for our furry friend, I know it's not good for her, she is 11 yrs old, or 65.2 yrs in a dogs years. She can eat what she wants to old to be fussy.

Because they used to eat table food (scraps) but the dog food companies invented dog food to make money.......Take care......

I think dogs will eat almost anything--dog food, people food, their own poo (ewww)! Another case in point, my mom had a german shepherd that would dig in her garbage can and eat anything that was in there. Once he got his tongue caught in a tin can when he tried to devour it!

why do you eat baked beans or taco's? the same reason...you need to survive! if dog food is the only source of food you had you would eat it too or you would die!
