i really like my x dalton but i dumped him for crying so much we have kissed and i was the first one to kiss him and well we said we loved each outher and everybody at school said we looked good together and he says he still likes me and his old x kelsey has broken up with him 12 times and she says not to go back out with him i really like him and love him what do i do

Question...you dumped him for crying so much. I'm confused.
I'm going out on limb and speculating that maybe there's a bit insecurity that he felt in his relationship with you. Perhaps that's what the crying business is really about. I'm guessing here, but if it is insecurity...you can really help him with that by letting him know how you feel and geniunely expressing it to him. No games here...play it straight and he will grow into the man you want him to be someday.
