Some of my friends say he douse and is always flirting with me. Which I agree with the flirting part but I have friends who says he flirts with any girl. So how do I know with out asking.? And also he knows I like him. He said it was cute and asked me to go bowling but i think bowling was a casual friend thing cause he had other friends he asked from work the same night after i sadly had to say no cause my A.C.T's were the next day.

You are young and he's a flirt. So, go bowling and spend time around him but don't be flattered by anything you hear or what he says. At this age boys have raging hormones, I know girls have some too but usually we don't go to the extremes that guys do...they are made to spread themselves around and girls are emotionally attached. That's why sex at a young age is very harmful to girls, the emotional part of all that closeness is very powerful and it hurts when the boy doesn't feel the same. Just be careful with it all. Be yourself and remember that you are worth more than any boy. At least you are taking your ACT s and you are smart.

it seems like he's interested in you as someone who he could have feelings for that are stronger then friendship. but a lot of guys don't want to make a full on relationship out of it, if that is what you're looking for.
if he already knows that you like him and things aren't awkward then i think it would be alright for you to straight up ask him how he feels about you.
and im sure this is common sense but- talk about it when it's just the two of you. not when his friends are there or yours.

And jesus.. how is it so hard to figure if a person likes you or not? They pay attention to you, they talk to you, they involve you in things.. god its not f'n rocket science.. better yet dont date.. its safer that way.

He might be nice and like you, but don't assume that he likes just you. Keep doing normal friendship things and let something develop over weeks and months.
