The bodies of Christians who died a thousand years ago have completely turned into dust by now – and God will be able to raise their bodies. Cremation does nothing but “expedite” the process of turning a body into dust. God is equally able to raise a person’s remains that have been cremated as He is the remains of a person who was not cremated.

Just like many areas of life and death the Bible is silent about a lot of the decisions and areas of it. Upon death the inner created spirit leaves the human physical body and transcends into a spiritual world so after death I don't see it matters what is done to the earthly body which is but a container for the spirit that leaves upon death. While alive though the Christian is admonished to regard his physical body as the temple of the Holy Spirit and to treat it with respect and reverence but again upon death the spirit leaves and the Holy Spirit's ministry, regarding with the inner spirit, is then over and it also leaves the human physical body so whatever you did to the flesh would not be a sin. That's how I would see that the Bible would approach it. Others fell that if you cremated the body that it wouldn't be around for resurrection by Christ at the Rapture. One just has to have Faith that nothing is impossible with God and whether in one piece or dust scattered to the winds God can reconcile and accomplish anything.

The Bible doesn`t say.And it doesn`t matter. If it did then those folks who have burned in fires would be out of luck.See what I mean? This is just a shell and God will raise all whether they are in are buried or cremated. If their in the oceans or where ever they might be ,God will give us a new glorified body.

it doesn't if anyone tells you other wise get them to show us all it is wrong to tell you either way but for me I have a little saying "I got saved to keep from burning" but as far as what the Bible says it don't it is something each person decides because when the Lord comes back it don't matter cause if your saved your ashes will come back together or you will bust out of the grave
