Should i tell her i like her? How can i tell if she likes me or not?

If you're too shy to ask her out outright, I say talk to her. If she smiles at you a lot, touches you a lot, acts genuinely interested in what you say...girls who you like you tend to get embarrassed by that fact. Well, unless she's one of the bold types, in which case she'll tell you. lol But generally, does she fidgit, act like she's nervous, blush a lot when you look at her, does she go out of her way to touch you? That kind of thing.

I would just try and talk to her about something that you would have in common with her. Try and have a nice friendship and then if it is right love with blossom.
