If you ever wore it - outside of your house - ever - then YES, someone has seen it.
If you bought it from a store, and it was hanging on a rack, or folded on a shelf - then YES, someone has seen it.
If it was produced in a factory - then YES, someone has seen it.
BUT if you made it yourself, and you haven't worn it in public yet, and you live alone - then maybe no one has seen it --- unless you yourself ever EVER saw it.
I think we'd all have to agree -- SOMEONE has seen your pink shirt.
