Unfortunately, when skin is stretched it grows to fit the new size. Now that you've lost the weight, the skin usually does not shrink to fit again even with exercise, since it has physically become larger to fit your former size.
Perhaps someone else has some ideas, but generally there's not much you can do aside from plastic surgury to remove the excess skin.

First off, congrats on your tremendous weight loss.
That must've taken strength, discipline & determination on your part.
The obvious option would be to get some cosmetic surgery done like a tummy tuck around your belly & liposuction on your other problem areas.
Or if you find that too painful/ risky, you could do it the old fashioned way - exercise. Head to the gym for cardiovascular trained workouts.

Unfortunately, you can't tighten skin with exercise (skin is not like a muscle!). See a plastic surgeon about removing the excess skin.

Yeah unfortunately the only permanent option is a tummy tuck. They remove the excess skin that you now have.
Other than that you can get something to hold it all in for your wedding but I don't know what those things are called.
Congratulations on the weight loss though!

Probably your only option is plastic surgery. Exercise can't tighten your skin. I had a friend who had a similar problem (she lost weight after gastric bypass surgery) and she finally got rid of her stomach pouch with plastic surgery.

Wow! Congrats on the weight loss! For your thighs I would suggest squats. For your belly, I think crunches are the way to go. Also congrats on getting married!
Best wishes! :)

tighten the skin?hmmm...maybe the only way through exercise is to tone.maybe you could try sit-ups and leg lifts.if this doesn't tighten the skin, then you would, like the others said, try surgery.

You can't tighten skin with diet or exercise; unfortunately, the only way to fix it is through surgery.
