Depression is a spiritual disease. I suffer from depression and now on medication. I am an extrovert with loving family, friends and two wonderful children. When I lost the energy to be bothered with anybody, I sought help, especially my childrem. Theraoy and medication ha helped me to resume a life worth living. Signs for me were insomnia, or sleeping too much, thinking whats the use, crying all the time, becoming a doormat for other people's bullshit. The list can go on. Please seek some kind of help. It could be short term depression or long term. Whatever it is take care of yourself. Depression is a form of self-centeredness. Its when we go inside of ourselves and not let anyone else in. It is a lonely exsistence. Best of luck
