i'm 15 and so is he. so whenever i'm in history class, he keeps on asking me how the tests went for me.. but then when we get them back he brags that he got A's. And then on the street, he randomly called out my name, when I never gave it to him and his friends don't know me. What does he want from me? if he likes me, then why does he keep on bragging?? it's so annoying.. maybe i'm just jumping to conclusions.. maybe he doesn't like me? what does it seem like?
one more thing.. he's in the history class after mine.. so he couldn't have known my name from class.
my friend says he's not shy at all.. so if he liked me.. wouldn't he have already asked me out? what does he want.. if he's so un-shy, then why didn't he talk to me yet?? and now i can't stop thinking about him.. jeez i'm really confused.

He's probably not sure what he's doing. Most times when teenage boys try to get your attention--good or bad--it's because they're somehow into you. He must want you to think he's smart and funny. Isn't it odd how guys go about trying to impress a girl? Just give it time. One way or the other, you'll figure him out. We're the smarter species....they never get one over on us!!

He likes you and is trying to make some friendly conversation and perhaps a little friendly competition with you.
He's trying to get a sense if you like him before he asks you out.
You don't have to be popular to be liked. There are no social chain rules. And if there were, its a good sign that he doesn't care about them and likes you for who you are.
Anyway, if you like him then why don't you ask him if he'd like to hang out sometime. Get to know him and see if you like him or not.

he probably does like you.most boys DO NOT no how to show it.especially the boys under 18.most boys under 18 are immature and they don't know how to say or show i like you so they do other things to show it.
