be patient God knows what he is doing. Even though the people in need suffer, God will comfort them. If you really knew God you wouldn't have asked this question, and what makes you ask this question?and also pray for these kind of people. Or maybe God doesn't help these people in need to see if they still keep there trust in him and not abandon him.

This is a very good question, and I wish I had the words to answer it correctly. God does answer prayers, and he performs miracles. God does help people in need everyday. It just not the way we expect him to. He doesn't play by anybody rules-he is the rule. Sometimes, I question Him, why this or why that but there is a reason. A sick and dying child, why? That child did or said something to effect someone else life making it better. Ask the parents, they would not wish their child's illness on anybody, but they would never wished they hadn't been born..They were their blessing for the short time they were here on earth. A older friend was given 2 days to live. I went and said goodbye. I knew that she was going to heaven, so it really was a "see ya later" She was eating lunch the day her husband thought he would be making funeral arrangements. My nephew died that day too. He was 25. Doesn't make sense does it...Unless you knew the people involved. and I don't even know if I am right...but there's a reason. Charlie is at peace, and Slyvia is going home to be with her husband of 38 years. God does help, but it is ok to question. God bless us all..................

He does. Now, lets get some things straight. A need, isn't a want. Big difference. Second, He uses people to meet the needs of others, whether it is supplying food, building shelters or digging a pipeline for fresh water, God uses His people to provide for these needs, and they do. I know of several in my own assembly who have gone overseas to do just that. Thirdly, not to be brusque, but why would God rush to meet someones needs who don't believe in Him? God is under no obligation whatsoever to anyone here. If you look in Scripture, I think you will find He promises to meet the needs of His people, but says nothing about those who refuse to accept His existence or refuse Jesus. Are there poor people? sure, are there hungry people? you bet. And it will be that way until the end. God did the raining down food from the sky thing once, and you know what happened? They weren't satisfied, they wanted something different. But the greatest need is spiritual. If you have a full belly but are lost, what good is it? The greatest way to meet someones needs are first show them Christ, He is there greatest need. Could God use you today to meet someones needs? Will you say yes?

If a father has four children, what does he do? Sometimes he asks them what they want; most times he does not. He puts them in school, even if they hate leaving home. He asks them to stop eating more cookies. He makes them clean up after them.
Most important, suppose three of his children compete for the same thing, what will he do?
To extend that, if you ask God for a great date, or a good job, or so much money, there's a good chance you might get it. But if you ask him for a particular person, a specific job, or somebody else's money, the chances are less.
Because God has to look after every wailing child...

God DOES help people in need. He allows them to breathe and live. As long as this is true, He allows them to get a chance to straighten themselves out. Perhaps even to teach them how to trust and rely on Him.
Generally, people in need get that way do to poor choices in their own lives or the lives of others.

. . . . Or the more plausible reason, which is that God does not exist.

You are suppoed to try and help your self first. Pray andlisten for that smoll quite voic that is your soul a art of god that inhabits your physical form and gives it life.
Then if that doesn't work use your soul to call out to the Creator for help and asstance. It may come quickly or take awhile depending on what kind of help and assistance you are asking for.and how you have phrased your message.

We get help in many different ways, and not when we want it or demand it.
If we ask sincerely from our hearts, then we can be open to the help that is there for us.
Love works in mysterious and wonderous ways. The people suffering feel Gods love inside them and feel comforted. seek and ye shall find.

He does, but if you don't ask, then you might not get help.
You have to ask correctly. Ask Jesus, don't just ask any God out there.
He also says Give and in your day of need ASK.
So if you are not a giver, then you better start giving so he will help you without thinking about it.
