I am 13, and have liked this girl for 4 years , I cant stop thinking about her, yet, I Can't even work up the confidense to talk to her.
we known each other since year 4, i'm so confuzed!

well i would say that you should first start to become friends with her if ur not already or try to become closer friends if you can...then-if you wanted to and the time was right- you could ask her out, but since you dont mention anything about being friends or close friends with her, i would say that's the first step because if your more comfortable around her, it would be easier to tell her

You've got two choices really - you can either carry on the way you are or you can talk to her.
You don't have to declare your undying love for her - she might think you're a weirdo stalker if you do! - but you could just say something pretty casual - tell her you've liked her for a while and see if she wants to do something one day.
What's the worst that can happen? Yes, at your age if she says no and then tells other people you could get teased for a couple of days - but only until the sad little people doing it find someone new to wind up. Isn't it worth the risk if you've like her so long?

ok man jsut start talkin to her and try to be friends wit her eventually once you are good friends like best of friend (she calls u in the middle of the night cryin) then jsut be mature about it and tell her how u feel and ask if she has feelings for u and if there are any chances for u two two be together

wow, so you've loved her since you were 9!at 13, i don't think you're anyway ready to take it to the next level, so just be her friend for now. if it is meant to be, it will be some time in the future

Tell her mate. Either she says she likes you back, or that she doesn't. If you never tell her, you'll never know how she feels back. Tell her the truth. But don't be so forward that you'll scare her off.
