If you don't love him, then don't tell him you do.
And knowing that he feels that way for you, why would you want to lead this poor guy along in hopes that someday you will love him.
You're being dishonest with this young man. I suggest you find someone else to date.

You don't have to say anything... tell him you really care for him... or if him telling you he loves you makes you feel uncomfortable tell him to take it down a notch untill you are also on the same level as him.

You should level with him. If you don't, you're using him. Leading him on will only make it harder on him when he learns the truth, and then you'll lose him as a friend.

but to anser your question.... write the words on a sheet of paper, or on your palm (left or right), then hug him placing your palm at the back of his head and in front of your face, then just read the words ( he should be able to hear it)...g'luck!
