He certainly acts it, but I'm not sure. He's kinda weird, so it's hard to tell, but he called me last night for no reason and then asked me how my hair was.

If you think he does, then he probably does.
Call me crazy, but you could always ask him. Of course, you have to decide if you like him *first*, so when he responds:"Yes (or NO)-- Why? Do you like me?" you will know how to answer.
Just decide one way or the other. It's no big deal. You can always change your mind later on, if need be.

a guy doesn't say he likes you for no reason.... its obviously he likes you if he called u up to just ask bout your hair...or maybe he is gay..That's the last thing i would ask bout if i called a girl i like...
