Don't fall for anyone selling it off for money, if you are to be included in one someday then it will happen when it's supposed to. To bring a gift is one thing, but if you have to pay forget it. This isn't exactly something to be speaking too much about publicly and holding one should not be attempted by anyone other then a person raised in a culture that practices it and knows how it's done, otherwise it is pretty disrespectful and fake. Not to mention I am told could be dangerous, I assume from easy dehydration or something.

Although personally I haven't, my best friend is Native American and she does the sweatlodge. She says it is the most amazing experience, very spiritual. It was very hard for her to describe because it causes much emotion in her. It is a very deep and personal ceremony.

I was in one last fall. It was very cool and I hope that i get the invite to return this fall. I would not recomend it for anyone that has asthma, or any lung problems.
