Tell him you are the type "to bring home to Mom," and want to "wait" until you are married. Then watch in laughter as he runs in the opposite direction.

"Relationships" (long-distance or otherwise) are for people who already know each other well and know that they want to see where things will lead. It sounds like he is moving faster down the road than you are.
If you aren't absolutely turned off by this guy, tell him that you're not interested in starting a long-distance relationship but when he comes to town, you'll be willing to get to know him a bit better. That doesn't mean you have to go out with him alone. You can include him in some things with other friends and see if you have anything in common. If you get to know him and find you don't want to "date" him, tell him that you aren't interested in him. The direct approach is really more kind. Don't string him along if you know for sure that there is nothing about him that interests you. But don't feel like you have to go out with him to avoid hurting his feelings. Just be kind and honest.

try working out a long distance relationship. sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. it just all depends on if the two people in the relationship want to make it work. if everything works out....that's good.....if not, then don't worry about it.
good luck.

Heyy, u have to tell him straight.
Say it in an indirectly manner, for example: -
1) uhm.. i dun think we would work out.
2) I have feelings for some other guy.
3) you are a nice guy, but i guess we are jus not meant to be.
Technically, u dun have to tell him tat u like his cousin.
All the best. =]

you have to be honest with him and tell him that you arent interested in having a relationship with him. you dont have to tell him that you are interested in his cousin, just tell him you dont want to be with him. as long as you dont lead him on he will fine and eventually forget about you and find someone else that does like him. good luck!!

Well all I can say is that tell him that you like someone else. Tell him that he seems like a nice guy . Tell him that he'll find someone else who likes him back. Tell him that you guys can be just friends instead. who knows maybe hook him up with one of your nice frieands.
