Take things slow, use lots of lube and practice. You guys shouldn't be completing the act until you are able to take things without much pain. Your muscles down there are like any otehr in the body, they can stretch but it takes awhile for them to get used to stretching enough for things to go in both directions. The thing to remember too is that if things get too rough for the muscles down there before they can actually handle such a thing, you can damage them badly and in some cases permanently so learn patience is all I can say.
