Don't worry about it, it means your kidneys are working just fine. If you start to see blood, then worry.
You don't notice it as much but try drinking different stuff for a couple of days and you'll notice a different smell too. Completely normal, it your body getting rid of impurities.

Any time you take antibiotics or any other medication you will notice a change in your urine whether it be smell or color. Nothing to worry about.

Hmmmm...
Some antibiotics can cause yeast infections (Women only, silly)
and that 'smell' may not be your urine, but vaginal discharge. Get thee to a gynecologist soon, my dear, just to be sure.
(People out there- don't be offended by medical terminology And this is NOT vulgar!)

Probably it's your disease. And antibiotics are very BITTER.
