Yes, Always keep the preganat cat safe, don't hold your cat too much.it depends on how the other cat reacts, its not always the case that other cat hurt the kittens, but it can happen, you never know, so esp at the time when your cat have kittens, you must keep the other cat away.cos new born kittens have no hairs and they smell like raw meet , so the other cat can hurt kittens.
if its the first time your cat going to have kittens, then you are going to be really amazed by the way cat cares about the kittens, and when she is about to have kittens , make her a safe place, some corner of a house , place a big box there, and also put a sheet in there, take care of a tempreture of that place.don't worry you won't have to do much, cats are very smart, and she will take care of her kittens very well, just don't seperate a kitten or hold or until they are atleast 1 month.
You are going to have lots of fun with your cat's new kittens :)

most likely no . in fact i have seen 2 cats that had kittens at the some time take care of all the kittens. they would trade off . I had a cat that raised her babies i gave them all away and 3 days later a neighbor found a very young kitten 2 maybe3 days old. well he wanted to know if my cat would take of it. so we put the kitten down the momma cat went up to the baby sniffed it ans hissed turned and walked away. the kitten cried a small little mew and the momma cat stopped in mid step turned around and picked up the kitten and raised it as if it were hers. i was so proud of her.

You shouldn't have to keep the cat away from the pregnant one, or the kittens. Unless she displays agression, they will likely get along just fine.
The non-pregnant cat may take an interest in the new kittens, or she may just ignore them.

i'm only questioning one difficulty.... you say you don't need to have the kittens be killed, yet is aborting the kittens incredibly one of those better positive option? convinced, i comprehend that it may properly be perplexing to locate residences for kittens, even if kittens have a larger "success price" of looking residences than older cats (regrettably, maximum of those residences look to easily want a kitten, and may un-domicile the cat as quickly because it really is "too previous"), yet you are able to continuously start up looking a no-kill look after already to easily be certain you comprehend what to do with the kittens even as they are previous sufficient to go away their mum. And please wait with having her spayed till the kittens are weaned off. Are the kittens off the first clutter neutered? What about the different 3 cats? perhaps you need to also artwork adverse to having better unintended litters by ability of making certain they are neutered? ^^ As a area note, i imagine that one 365 days is slightly too youthful to have her second clutter O.o yet despite the indisputable fact that, i'm adverse to teenage pregnancies between people, too. only because a woman enters puberty at fourteen or fifteen (about the same as a a million-365 days-previous cat), you does no longer anticipate her to have youngsters could you? ^^; maximum breeders could recommend that a cat no longer have their first clutter till they seem to be a minimum of one 365 days previous, preferrably one and a 1/2, and that she would not get pregnant the first time she's in warmth. i'm no longer attempting to be offensive with this remark/reply; it really is only my view on the count number =)

It could happen. Even cats get jealous. Only have the spayed around the kittens under strict supervision until you know for sure how she'll react.

Nah. Testosterone causes cats to kill kittens. Your spayed kitty doesn't feel hormonal goofiness.
Sometimes tom cats have been known to do this (but not if they're well fed). I wouldn't worry.
