Okay, follow this and you will be very happy with the results. Use a shampoo and condition like Matrix Sleek Look. Use a straightening lotion like Kiehl's straightening lotion or VO5 heat protecting spray and blowdry your hair. Once it is completely dried, use a ceramic iron like Chi to straighten it. It will stay straight for days.

Try Frizz Ease by John Frieda if you want it to be straight. Or if you like the curly look try getting a product that that freezes curls. I have frizzy hair too and used Gott 2 B to hold curls in place....it worked really good :)

you could buy hair products that are meant for straightening out the kinks in your hair, like St.Ives Anti-Frizz Serum.
look for such names in products. there are also heat-activated serums such as L'Oreal Straightening Milk.

but i suggest you go for a relaxer or rebonding (chemical straightening). after you've gone for it once, when it slowly regrows it won't be 'stick-straight' anymore.

it took me about 6 rebonding sessions over a few years (you can only go for a session once every 6 months) to get normal-looking straight hair (it doesn't look chemically treated now).
that's because my hair is naturally wavy. it depends on your natural hair status.

but this is just a suggestion, otherwise you could start searching for hair products to help you now.

Ay dios mio cookie, soy boricua tambien. Y I have the curliest hair you can imagine, and if you want it straightened, get the relvon hairstraightner where you can adjust the temperture, trust me it works. You can use some products after straightening como fructis anit frizz, it really works. If it can str8en my hair, itll work on yours.

Hope you get the results you want mami ;)

Just clean the crap outta it. Condition it. Let it dry a little. Blow dry it. Then straighten it with a straightening iron. Or curl it with a curling iron.
My hair just dries curly, so i dont worry about it.
