Never had it done to me but I understand its best to exhale while going down... suppose to have something to do with gag reflex..
Funny story in regards to this...Many years ago I finial got around to seeing deep throat a much talked about pron movie at the time. I was with another couple and his date said after viewing the movie I can do that and proceeded to do it...... she promptly threw up in his lap.... what a way to end the evening lol

you just gotta put it deep in your throat .if you really want to learn just stick your finger down your throat .if you cant do it dont feel bad my best friend cant do it she always feels like she has to throw up .its not that big of a deal
